These terms govern how you may access and use this website. Please read them before sending a reservation request.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and PROGRES AN s. r. o, operator of the website at hotelunatop.online ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this service is — and what it is not

hotelunatop.online is an independent editorial publication that reviews properties and, separately, transfers reservation requests to a third-party reservation partner. We are not a hotel, casino, travel agency, tour operator, accommodation provider or payment processor. We do not sell accommodation, we do not display prices, we do not hold inventory, and we never take payment or card details.

2. Not affiliated with the properties we review

hotelunatop.online is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or an official representative of any hotel, resort, casino, brand or booking platform mentioned on this site, and this is not the official website of any property. All property and brand names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification, review and editorial purposes. A reference to a third-party brand does not imply any partnership unless we say so expressly.

3. Who may use the site

This site is for adults only. Some of the properties covered contain licensed gaming facilities. By using the site or submitting a reservation request you confirm that you have reached the age of majority where you live (18 or 19 depending on the province or country) and are legally able to enter into these Terms. 4. Reservation requests — no booking, and what happens to your details

• Submitting the reservation form does not create a reservation and does not reserve, hold or block any room. It is an enquiry.
• By submitting it, you consent to us transferring the details you entered to an independent third-party reservation-services company (the "reservation partner"), and to that partner contacting you by telephone, email or text message about your request.
• We are paid a referral fee for transferring your request. See How We Make Money.
• Any resulting booking is a contract between you and the reservation partner and/or the property — not with us. Rates, taxes, any service or booking fee, payment terms, cancellation and refund terms are set by them, disclosed by them, and enforceable against them.
• We do not set, verify, guarantee or take responsibility for the price you are quoted, and we do not promise it matches the property's direct rate. We recommend comparing it against the property's own published rates before you accept.
• We do not guarantee that the partner will contact you, or within any particular time. If you need certainty, contact the property directly.

5. Editorial content and disclaimer of warranties

Our reviews are statements of opinion, informed by our writers' observations and by publicly available guest feedback at the time of writing, as described in our Content Guidelines. Ratings and star classes shown on this site are our own editorial indications and are not official classifications awarded by any tourism authority or industry body. Properties change ownership, management, facilities and standards, and guest experience varies. Any guides to travel documents, traveller rights or similar topics are general information only and are not legal, financial, immigration or travel advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that your experience will match a review, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that information is complete, current or error-free.

6. Acceptable use

• You will not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• You will not submit false, misleading or another person's details in any form on this site, and you confirm that any contact details you enter are your own and that you are entitled to be contacted at them;
• You will not submit automated, bulk or repeated requests, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• You will not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

The text, reviews, layout and branding of this site are owned by or licensed to PROGRES AN s. r. o and protected by law. Photographs and third-party quotations remain the property of their rights holders and are used for editorial and identification purposes. You may not reproduce our content without permission. 8. Third-party content

The only third-party element on this site is an embedded location map on review pages, provided by a mapping service under its own terms. We do not control it and are not responsible for the content, availability, policies or practices of that or any other third-party service reached through such an embed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, or from any dealings between you and the reservation partner or a property — including the price you are charged, a booking that is not honoured, a stay that disappoints, or a failure to contact you. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing in them limits any mandatory consumer-protection right you have where you live.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms, including submission of another person's contact details.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms. Please read the Privacy Policy before submitting a reservation request — it explains who receives your details.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the site operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your place of residence, which are unaffected. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of that country, again without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

13. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. These Terms, with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between us regarding the site. We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of it. The "last updated" date shows the latest revision.
