Accessibility Statement
Travel ought to be open to everyone. We work to keep this website usable for as many people as possible.
Last updated: August 04, 2026
Our commitment
hotelunatop.online seeks to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and to align with applicable accessibility standards in the regions we serve, including the Accessible Canada Act and provincial equivalents. Accessibility remains ongoing rather than finished, and this statement describes our current position rather than an ideal end state.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate pages;
- Provide descriptive alternative text for images that carry meaning;
- Maintain colour contrast that aims to meet AA thresholds for body text;
- Ensure menus, forms and buttons can be operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator;
- Label every form field clearly and surface errors in text rather than by colour alone;
- Design layouts that reflow for small screens and enlarged text.
Accessibility of the venues we review
A property's own accessibility matters more than the website's. Our reviews note relevant details — step-free access, lifts, accessible bathrooms — where our writers observe them or where the property publishes them. Features change, and only the property can confirm the specifics of a particular room. If accessibility is essential to your stay, contact the property directly before booking, through its own website or usual contact channels. We cannot confirm accessibility features on a property's behalf, and neither can our reservation partner.
Known limitations
- Embedded maps are third-party components and may not be fully accessible; the full street address is always given in text alongside every map.
- Some older review pages may not yet meet every AA criterion. We fix issues as we find them and welcome reports.
