Your Privacy Choices
All opt-outs in one place — cookies, targeted advertising, the "sale" or "sharing" of data, marketing email, and stopping contact about a reservation request you already sent.
Last updated: August 04, 2026
In brief: hotelunatop.online does not sell your personal information for money. We do transfer reservation requests to a third-party reservation partner and are paid a referral fee for doing so — that is explained in How We Make Money and section 4 below. You can switch off advertising and analytics cookies, opt out of any "sharing" for targeted advertising, unsubscribe from email, and ask us to delete a request, all from this page.
Manage cookie preferences
Open the cookie settings panel to accept, reject, or customise analytics and marketing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies remain on.
1. Cookie and tracking choices
The quickest way to control tracking is our cookie settings panel, which lets you accept or reject performance & analytics and marketing & measurement storage. Strictly necessary storage stays on because the site cannot work without it. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, and opt out of many advertising cookies through industry tools such as YourAdChoices (DAA), the Network Advertising Initiative, Your Online Choices (EU) and Google My Ad Center (search for those names in your browser).
2. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We recognise the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of cookie-based targeted advertising for that browser, with no further action needed from you.
3. Stop contact about a reservation request
This is the request most people want, so we have put it near the top. If you submitted the reservation form and no longer want to be contacted:
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Withdraw my reservation request" and the email address or phone number you used. We will delete the copy we hold and confirm.
- Tell the reservation partner directly as well. Because your details were already transferred to it, we cannot delete records held on its systems — but we will identify the partner for you and give you its contact details and privacy contact so you can make the request. Ask us and we will tell you.
- You can also clear the copy stored in your own browser using the "start over" link on the reservation page.
4. Do not sell or share my personal information
Under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and comparable U.S. state laws, you may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of its use for targeted advertising.
We do not sell personal information for money. Two things are worth naming plainly so you can decide for yourself: advertising cookies may involve "sharing" of online identifiers for cross-context behavioural advertising, and our reservation referral involves transferring your contact details to a commercial partner from which we receive a fee. To opt out of either:
- reject Marketing & measurement in the cookie settings panel; and/or
- enable Global Privacy Control in your browser; and/or
- do not submit the reservation form — you can contact any property directly through its own website or usual contact channels; and/or
- email [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share".
5. Opt out of marketing email
We send commercial email only to people who expressly opted in. Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any such message, or email [email protected] with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line; we action it within 10 business days as CASL requires, and keep a suppression record so you are not contacted again. Messages confirming a request you actually made are service messages, not marketing.
6. Access, correction, deletion and portability
You may ask us what personal information we hold, receive a copy in a portable format, have it corrected, and have it deleted. Reservation requests you submit are held on our servers — clearing your browser does not remove them, so please use the contact route below if you want them deleted. Full details of your rights are in our Privacy Policy.
7. How to submit a request
Email [email protected]. Tell us which right you wish to exercise and enough detail for us to find your data.
- Verification. We may ask you to confirm details before acting, and will use that information for verification only.
- Authorised agents. You may use an agent; we may ask for proof of authorisation.
- Response time. We aim to acknowledge within a few business days and respond within 30 days (PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, GDPR) or 45 days under the CCPA, extendable where permitted.
- No discrimination. We will not deny service, charge differently or degrade quality because you exercised a privacy right.
8. Region-specific notes
- Canada (PIPEDA). You may withdraw consent, access and correct your information, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- Quebec (Law 25). You additionally have the right to data portability, to be informed of transfers outside Quebec and of the assessment supporting them, to ask that dissemination cease or that a link be de-indexed, and to complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. Our privacy contact is set out in section 14 of the Privacy Policy.
- United States. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights above, including opt-out of targeted advertising and sale/sharing, and the right to appeal a refused request by replying to our response.
- EEA, UK & Switzerland (GDPR). Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time with no effect on processing already carried out, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
- Nevada. Residents may direct us not to sell certain covered information using the email above.
